Desktop Sharing

Desktop Sharing functionality enables you to safely share your desktop with a 123Loadboard Customer Support Representative.

STEP 1

Ensure that you are speaking with a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will provide you with an "Access Code".

STEP 2

Once you have the "Access Code", Click Here To Start Desktop Sharing.

Follow the instructions provided by the Customer Support Representative on the phone. These will include:

1. Click the link above. A new window will open. Enter the "Access Code" and click on "Go".

2. Click "Go". A new page will be displayed. Click "Run Program".

3. Click "Run Program". A new window will popup asking you to "Run" the application. To finish the process, click "Run" to execute the program. At this point, the 123Loadboard Customer Support Representative is able to help you more effectively.
